We will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary for the maintenance of your account, or for legal or regulatory requirements. All reasonable steps are taken by Newthorn to protect a customer's personal information. SSL encrypts web communication, allowing us to take credit card orders and protect sensitive personal information. SSL security makes eavesdropping on secure web traffic almost impossible.
Bank details may be given after employment has commenced, however, Newthorn accept no responsibility for late payments if details are not received in time to process Payroll.
You must provide documentation to prove you have the Right to Work in the UK. You will need to upload your documents along with this application form. You will also be required to bring your original documents to the office or on site before you start work to have it authenticated. Failure to produce these documents will result in a work offer being withdrawn.
The following documents will be accepted.
A passport showing that the holder, or a person named in the passport as the child of the holder, is a British citizen or a citizen of the UK and Colonies having the right of abode in the UK.
A passport or national identity card showing that the holder, or a person named in the passport as the child of the holder, is a national of an EEA country or Switzerland.
You must send us a copy of the front page (the one with the crest on) the page with your photo and any other visa’s.
A residence permit, registration certificate or document certifying or indicating permanent residence issued by the Home Office to a national of an EEA country or Switzerland.
A Biometric Residence Permit issued by the Home Office to the holder which indicates that the person named in it is allowed to stay indefinitely in the UK, or has no time limit on their stay in the UK.
A passport or other travel document endorsed to show that the holder is exempt from immigration control, is allowed to stay indefinitely in the UK, has the right of abode in the UK, or has no time limit on their stay in the UK.
An Immigration Status Document issued by the Home Office, tothe holder endorsed to indicate that the person named in it is allowed to stay indefinitely in the UK or has no time limit on their stay in the UK together with an official document issued by a previous employer or Government agency with the person’s name and National Insurance number.
A full birth or adoption certificate issued in the UK which includes the name(s) of at least one of the holder’s parents together with an official document issued by a previous employer or Government agency with the person’s name and National Insurance number.

The Temporary Worker may end this agreement by giving the Employment Business one month's notice in writing. Upon the expiry of the months notice, the Working Week limit shall either apply/not apply with immediate effect.
For the avoidance of doubt a notice bringing this Agreement to an end shall not be constructed as termination by the Temporary Worker of an Assignment with the Client.
These Terms are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
